1. Cancellation by Science of Sound: In the event that Science of Sound must cancel an event, clients will receive a full refund of any fees paid.

2. Cancellation by client 14 or more days before the event start date: Clients who cancel their booking 14 or more days before the event start date will receive a full refund.

3. Cancellation by client 7 to 13 days before the event: Clients who cancel their booking between 7 and 13 days before the event start date will receive a 50% refund of the total fees paid.

4. Cancellation by client less than 7 days before the event: Clients who cancel their booking less than 7 days before the event start date will not be eligible for a refund.

5. Amendments to bookings are fine, provided that the requested date is available and not at capacity. If the requested date is available, the amendment will be made without any additional charge. Amendment requests must be made in writing at least 72 hours prior to the event start time.

This cancellation policy is governed by the laws of England and Wales. By booking with Science of Sound, clients agree to comply with this policy.
